About Me

Thank you for stopping by! I have been on my own wellness journey for the past 10 years experimenting with fasting and trying different protocols to reduce toxins. I enjoy experimenting with eliminating then reintroducing foods to understand what makes me thrive and what drives inflammation. Through the years, I’ve struggled with hormonal imbalances leading to acne, brain fog, fatigue, and weight gain. I was constantly ill growing up with different problems like asthma, pleurisy, chronic bronchitis and pneumonia. I also suffered from several serious concussions causing memory loss, low self-esteem and learning issues. These different struggles have helped me understand the importance of nutrition for my hormones, physique, mental health and how it all plays into my overall wellness and happiness. I’ve learned to overcome a lot of these different obstacles by implementing proper nutrition, nootropics and exercise into my life.

By dialing in my nutrition, work outs and implementing peptides, I feel more focused than ever before. I finally have the energy that I need to wake up early, work out, work a full-time job, do my coaching and study nutrition while still making time for family and hobbies, in which I have many. I regularly intermittent fast (depending on my cycle - women have about a 28-day cycle whereas men have a 24-hour cycle so fasting needs are different). I supplement for detox and rotate yoga, resistance training and high intensity interval training for optimal health. My passion for nutrition stems from my curiosity about how what we put into our body affects our mental health and overall well-being. With science-backed resources from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, scientists, biohackers and holistic doctors, I share what I have learned over the years and what has helped me to look and feel my best! It’s my goal to share simple straightforward protocols to help others meet their personal wellness goals. I have found that it’s easier to accomplish goals and make positive changes when there is someone to hold you accountable. As a coach, I’m on a mission to help others overcome their biggest most scary struggles.
